TingiFlow is a point-of-sale and bookkeeping app built for Filipino sari-sari stores. This page explains what information the app collects when a store owner uses it, why, and how it's handled.
We don't collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or government ID numbers. We don't use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
Everything collected is used only to run the app: signing you in, showing your dashboard and sales history, displaying your QR code at checkout, and sending the SMS login code. Your phone number is passed to our SMS provider (Semaphore) solely to deliver that code.
Each store's data is isolated — one store's products, customers, and sales are never visible to another store. We don't share your data with third parties except the SMS provider above, our hosting provider (which stores the database), and where required by law.
Data is kept for as long as your store account is active. If you'd like your store's data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it.
Under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. Reach out using the contact details below to exercise any of these.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
TingiFlow is intended for store owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to support@tingiflow.com.
