These terms govern your use of TingiFlow, a point-of-sale and bookkeeping app for Filipino sari-sari stores. By creating a store or using the app, you agree to them.
TingiFlow lets you log sales, track utang (store credit) owed by your customers, manage a product catalog, track expenses, and view a sales dashboard — all scoped to your own store. It's a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor: money you collect from customers (cash, GCash, Maya) changes hands directly between you and them, and TingiFlow simply records it.
You sign up with a mobile phone number and a one-time SMS code — there's no password. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, since it's how anyone logs into your store's data. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Philippine law to use TingiFlow.
TingiFlow offers a free 14-day trial (no credit card required), after which continued use requires an active paid plan:
Current pricing is always shown on the pricing section of this site. We don't auto-charge a card on file — each billing period, you choose to pay for your next period through a checkout link inside the app, created via a third-party payment processor (currently PayMongo, Xendit, or Dodo Payments, depending on what's active at the time). We only learn a payment succeeded once that processor confirms it; we never see or store your card, GCash, or Maya credentials ourselves.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if you stop paying, want to cancel, or believe you were charged in error.
You agree not to: use TingiFlow for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another store's data or bypass the login/OTP flow; interfere with or disrupt the service (including attempts to overload it or probe it for vulnerabilities); or resell or sublicense access to the app without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
You own the business records you enter into TingiFlow — products, prices, customer names, utang balances, sales, and expenses. We store it to run the app and don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how it's handled.
We aim to keep TingiFlow available and reliable, but it's provided "as is," without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Like any online service, it can experience downtime, bugs, or data issues despite our best efforts. We recommend not relying on TingiFlow as your sole record of business activity for anything mission-critical without keeping your own backups in mind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TingiFlow and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost sales data) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to TingiFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using TingiFlow at any time by simply not renewing your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. If your account is terminated, your right to use the service ends immediately, though your data is handled per our Privacy Policy's retention and deletion terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TingiFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
